This charming old cottage enjoys a superb setting on the banks of the River Lyvennet in which fishing can be arranged.  It is just 400 yards from the centre of the small farming village of Kings Meaburn but enjoys a peaceful, secluded position.

The cottage has recently been extended and now provides very comfortable and tasteful accommodation whilst retaining some of its original character with exposed beams and feature stone fireplace.

Surrounded by beautiful open farmland Kings Meaburn is set in the Eden Valley, between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District making this an ideal base for exploring both areas by car.  For walkers there are lots of lovely strolls and rambles in the immediate area with easy access to the Lake District fells.  Hardians Wall and the Scottish Borders are also within easy reach.

Ground floor - sitting room, kitchen with dining area, patio door to garden, utility room with WC. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and basin, 2 twin, bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.

Wood burning stove in sitting room, central heating - all fuel and power included.  Cot, high chair, colour TV, DVD player, microwave, deep freeze, dishwasher, shaver point, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bed linen is included.  Large garden sloping down to the river banks with garden furniture. Ample parking. 1 pet welcome, there is an additional charge of £10 per week for a second pet.
