The town also has a number of excellent restaurants and bars, including The Black Cock Inn and the Old Kings Head, both of which are great places to enjoy a pint or a meal. Venture further afield to Lake Windermere; here you can find the world-famous World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, as well as the National Trust's Hill Top.
