Set over two floors, this beautiful cottage provides three inviting bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, making this ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends looking to explore this magnificent area. The first floor also has a family bathroom including a walk-in shower and bath for soaking away life's troubles. Downstairs you will find an excellent kitchen with a dining area overlooking the garden, perfect for preparing and enjoying group meals. There is also a lovely sitting room with ample comfy seats and a large woodburner for relaxing in front of and watching a film. A short walk will bring you to the centre of town where you will find quaint shops, traditional pubs and small supermarkets. The cottage is near Windermere and a short drive from Horton in Ribblesdale where walkers set off on the Three Peak's challenge. The area is abound with caves and waterfalls, leaving the adventurous spoilt for choice; visit Ingleton’s beautiful waterfall and the White Scar Cave, the longest show cave in Britain, or spend a day out caving, potholing or climbing. For something a little gentler, the famous Settle-Carlisle railway provides a magical opportunity to take in the scenery. A stunning cottage, ideally located for exploring the dramatic Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks and the sweeping Lancashire coast, as well as the beautiful Forest of Bowland.
