Rue Fronval, Paignton

Devon. Sleeps up to 8

Rue Fronval is situated just a short stroll from the beach at Broadsands which is perfect for lazy family days building sand castles, rock pooling and paddling about. A bracing walk in the other direction up to the village rewards you with the convenience of a grocery store, restaurant and caf?. The house is extremely well appointed throughout and the open plan living and dining room is spacious, bright and practical divided as it is by a feature chimney breast with a large built in decorative wood burner. The kitchen is delightful and has granite work surfaces, storage and all modern conveniences including a built in wine cooler. There’s a lovely breakfast conservatory area that leads straight out onto a front terrace with commanding views of the bay.
