The cottage is approached via a private gravelled drive with parking provided for up to three cars. A gate leads you through to the garden and the entrance to the cottage, where you will step into the dining room. Typical of a cottage of this age, there are low ceilings and beams throughout giving the cottage an intimate feel. The adjoining sitting room overlooks the gardens and boasts a large feature fireplace with woodburning stove, ideal for the colder months. The kitchen is a bright and well-equipped space with newly fitted appliances. A sociable hub, where your morning cup of coffee or breakfast can be enjoyed sat around the kitchen table. The three bedrooms: two family bedrooms and a twin, which offer flexible sleeping options for up to eight guests and all enjoy views over the garden and countryside beyond. Outside, there is a large lawned garden, although enclosed, care will need to be taken with pets and children due to the proximity with the river and livestock in the adjoining fields.
