Located in the coastal town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, ‘Salty’ Seaview is a stylish and modern holiday home on Marine Parade just a short walk from the golden sands. Sleeping up to six guests, it’s the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends. The property boasts three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and dining area, as well as an outdoor seating area with breathtaking views

The Space:
‘Salty’ Seaview has a stylish and sophisticated living room. This bright and colourful space boasts two velvet sofas, a comfy armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV. Guests will also have direct access out onto the outdoor patio area which has ample seating for all of your friends and family to take in the fresh sea air and look all the way out to the horizon. With lighting as well, guests can enjoy themselves outside into the night.

To the rear of the living area is where you’ll find the stunning kitchen that ‘Salty’ Seaview has to offer. With modern appliances, this space is fully equipped with everything you need to make the most of your self-catering stay in North Yorkshire. There is also a wooden dining table with matching chairs and a bench sharing the kitchen space.

Head upstairs and you’ll find all three bedrooms that ‘Salty’ Seaview has to offer. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable super king size bed, as well as an en-suite shower room with a WC and wash basin.

The second bedroom is a double, and the third has a bunk bed with two singles. Guests are guaranteed a great night’s sleep at ‘Salty’ Seaview thanks to the plush bedding and premium bed linens used to make up the beds at the property.

The family bathroom can also be found upstairs. This fresh and modern space has a bathtub with overhead shower, as well as a WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have access to the full property which is accessed with keys provided in a key safe. Details on this will be provided prior to your stay,

There is free on-site parking at the rear of ‘Salty’ Seaview.

The Neighborhood:
‘Salty’ Seaview is located on Marine Parade in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.

Located on the seafront close to Saltburn Cliff Lift and the Marine Pub in the heart of the town, the property is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre, Saltburn train station, the many restaurants, cafes and bars, and it’s only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The promenade has numerous shops, takeaways, cafes, restaurants, and the Pier’s amusement arcade for the kids. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.

Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!

Getting Around:
‘Salty’ Seaview is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.

Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
