The property is situated close to the famous station of Grosmont at the north end of the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway (the trains do not disturb at night). The property is attached to the Geall Gallery and Art cafe, but it is completely self-contained with its own entrance. it is ideal for a walking or touring holiday and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway is a bonus for the steam train enthusiast.

Accommodation: the maisonette is spacious. On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge. On the first floor is a kitchen/diner, a bathroom with bath and toilet and three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. There is also a small patio with garden furniture. Please note the gallery is occasionally used in the evening.

Services: refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with freeview and DVD/ video. Bedlinen and towels are provided. A cot, travel cot and high chair are provided. Gas central heating. Small patio with garden furniture. Private car parking space for one car. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets welcome.
