Cloughton Station, a Victorian country station, was built in 1885 and was one of the busiest on the line, having a cattle dock, goods shed and level crossing. The railway carriage is a 1962 Derby-built Mk.1 carriage standing on its original track bed alongside the old platform within its own grounds and garden. The carriage has been fully refurbished and is fully air-conditioned, heated and has all the main services.

Entrance into a 19ft lounge with dining area, fully equipped galley kitchen. Separate shower room with toilet and washbasin. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, one with twin beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a single children's bunk bed.
