This property is open all the year - a minimum stay applies during holiday periods when it is usually rented in conjunction with Morton House.

The Stable Block in Masham is a 19th century building carefully converted to a 3 bedroom holiday cottage sleeping up to 5/6 guests. (NOTE: shares the garden with the adjoining 4brm Morton House - can be rented as one 7brm property)

This property shares a walled garden which is fully fenced, private and well positioned to catch the sun for BBQ’s and relaxing. There is parking at the door on the street (further off-street parking can be provided if required). The property is centrally heated throughout with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area accessible through patio doors opening to the garden. There is also a downstairs double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs you will find a comfortable kingsize bedroom and a single room (can be a small twin) and an additional shower room.

We are located just off the main square in the pretty market town of Masham, in easy walking distance to all amenities, pubs, shops and of course Masham’s famous breweries – The Black Sheep and Theakstons.

We have tried to create your ‘home away from home’ – concentrating on comfort and tranquility for a restful stay.
