Through to a modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and a dining table. Off the hallway is a bedroom with a double bed and large bay window with side sea views and a wardrobe. Also a bedroom with a single bed and single pull-out bed more suitable for children. On the other side of the lounge is a second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with free standing roll top bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin.
Services: refrigerator with ice-box, electric cooker with oven and extractor hood, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, radio CD and Ipod doc music station. Large flat screen digital TV, DVD player and play station 2. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. WEST CLIFF PARKING PERMIT.
