Gan-Y-Mor (by the sea) is a pet-friendly, Victorian seafront cottage which has been refurbished to a very high standard to provide a light and airy, contemporary holiday home with wonderful views across Swansea Bay towards Mumbles Head.

The seafront promenade is just across the road and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a 2-minute walk away.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Reception: Open plan lounge/diner. 2 large sofas, log burner along with flatscreen TV and DVD player and Xbox 360. The dining area has a modern table and chairs for 6.

Kitchen: Miele washer/dryer, Bosch electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and microwave.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: King size bed and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: King/twin zip and link bed and wardrobes.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.

External: The sun-drenched rear garden is terraced with garden furniture for 4.

Access to the terraced rear garden (may not be suitable for small children or people with mobility issues).
