This charming period coastal cottage is in the heart of Mumbles, close to the beach, stylish shops, cafes and bars. Interiors are spacious with two bedroom for four guests, a smart kitchen and cosy living room with woodburner - perfect for relaxing at any time of year. Outside there’s a lovely courtyard garden with table and chairs, so relax and take in the sea air!
Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Accommodation Ground Floor Lounge/Dining Room: sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table with seating for 4 chairs, TV. Kitchen: single oven, washing machine and freestanding fridge/freezer. Utility room: storage cupboards, microwave, access to back garden. First Floor Master bedroom: king size bed, wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers, TV and a chair. Bedroom 2: full size bunk beds, large chest of drawers and TV. Bathroom: bath, separate shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV. For families: travel cot and high chair available. Outside: 3 steps lead down to a patio garden with back gate. Parking: on road parking on a first come first served basis. Temporary parking permits should be bought in advance from Swansea Council. General: changeover day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. This vacation home is located in Swansea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at RSPB Cwm Clydach Reserve and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre, while Ceri Richards Gallery and Egypt Centre are cultural highlights. Clyne Gardens and Blackpill Lido are also worth visiting.
