This charming single storey property is a lovely holiday destination for families and couples alike, situated in the beautiful village of Scurlage. This a perfect spot to enjoy both an active or relaxing coastal escape, in an area renowned for stunning walking opportunities, and also popular with surfers. Close by is the famous Worms Head in Rhosilli; and an easy drive and well worth a visit is iconic Mumbles with its array of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. Entering through the front door you walk straight into a convenient hallway with the door ahead opening out into the light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with views out through the patio doors to the shared lawned gardens. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, and is a perfect social space to enjoy your meal. Dine together around the mahogany table and plan your next day s activities. After dinner, relax in the cosy lounge area and watch your favourite shows on the TV, or curl up with a good book. Leading off the lounge you will find the spacious king size bedroom, whilst the twin bedroom is situated off the entrance hallway. To complete the property is the well proportioned shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside you have access to a lovely shared lawned area, and directly outside your patio doors there is a small seating area with a private garden bench. You could spend a day enjoying the on site facilities which include an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and games room.
