Located on a working farm near the pretty village of Reynoldston in the heart of Gower Peninsula, close to the Cefn Bryn ridge. A short drive to shops and plenty of super local pubs. Gower, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, attracts surfers, walkers and cyclists alike, and you are very well placed at this cosy cottage to enjoy all activities. In this central Gower location, you are never usually more than 3 miles from the coast, so a day at one of the renowned sandy beaches of Oxwich, Rhossili or Port Eynon is a must. Mumbles also has a good range of independent shops and eateries. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Entering this charming semi detached cottage into a useful boot room with a WC and into a well equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats four. Through into the characterful lounge with two large sofas, an impressive grandfather clock and a warming wood burner where you can cuddle up on the sofa and watch the Smart TV. The beamed ceiling gives this room a cosy and welcoming ambience any time of the year and there are French doors to the rear garden. Up the stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms the first is a good sized double with the second being a twin bedroom with pleasant rural views. Across the landing to the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawn and patio, garden furniture, mature trees, a charcoal BBQ and views across the beautiful Rhossili Downs. Off road parking alongside the cottage for two cars. Eggs and Fresh Vegetables are available to purchase from the owner (seasonal only).
