This 4-star, 2-bedroom holiday cottage provides extremely comfortable accommodation for 4 people in the heart of the village of Mumbles - the gateway to Gower. All the facilities of Mumbles are within easy walking distance. The property boasts its own off road parking space at the rear of the property, and the recently landscaped, private garden has a patio area with garden furniture. Accommodation Lounge/Diner: 2 sofas, oak dining table and chairs for 4 people, TV/DVD/Apple TV and music centre. Door leads to rear patio and garden. Kitchen: Smeg electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Smeg dishwasher, Bosch washer/dryer. First Floor Bedroom 1: Super King size bed, TV, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds and wardrobe. Family Bathroom: Bath, wash hand basin, WC and separate shower cubicle. External: Off road parking to the rear which gives access to the enclosed garden with patio, AstroTurf lawn and rattan furniture for 4 people. Sleeps 4: 1 Superking, 1 Twin C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off street parking to rear. Travel cot & highchair. Private enclosed garden. No pets.
