Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a large enclosed garden with seating and decking with seating. Within 6.8 miles there is a shop, 4.7 miles a pub and 4.3 miles a beach. Highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Traveling south from Lochmaddy, you'll reach the small town of Carinish after about 10 miles; from there, you may reach the causeway that will take you to Benbecula. The airport at Balivanich, Benbecula, also serves as a car rental hub, post office, bank, restaurant, and gas station. From Benbecula, you can reach South Uist through a bridge.
