Set on the Isle of North Uist, a place full of history, with lots of exploring to be done. Visit the Trinity Temple, a historic ruin listed as European significance and was possibly Scotland s oldest university. You can also explore the Barpa Langass, a 5,000 year old burial chamber. Spend some time on the Uist Sculpture Trail, a combination of seven commissioned works found in various locations across the Uists and Benbecula. If you re into nature, visit the RSBP Nature Reserve at Balranald, enjoy a spot of fishing or take some time to go Otter Spotting, a popular island attraction on the east side of the island. For some sports, enjoy a round of golf at Scollas golf course. Enter the property through the front door and into the porch, the perfect space to leave your coats and boots after a long walk. Head through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax in the lounge area, a cosy space with wood burner and TV. The kitchen/diner is a social space where you can prepare and enjoy the resulting meal. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob and leads through to the utility room. In the utility room, you will find a microwave, fridge and freezer. Here you can also access the ground floor shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the wooden staircase to the first floor, you will find yourself on the landing with study/reading area with sofa. From here, you will find the shower room with shower and WC and the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and a twin, which is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. Heading outside you will find the spacious enclosed garden, fun for your four legged friends. There is ample off road parking available.
