Recently refurbished 1st Floor duplex in Victorian house conversion. Upstairs, our property features 1 double bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, one twin bedded Room, and one room with a set of bunks. The Bathroom features a large bath with shower over and monsoon head, all fed by a large pressurised hot water tank , with lots of hot water for showering the whole family when you come off the beach!

Downstairs is a separate living room with 42" TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's. We also have a large living kitchen with modern units, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, large dining table and sofa in bay window. The kitchen is fully equipped. WIFI is available throughout the property.

The flat is accessed via a shared hall way then up one flight of stairs only servicing our flat. At the top is a landing with plenty of room for coats, boots, shoes etc before you go through the main flat entrance door. Please note there is no pushchairs storage downstairs in the communal hall so flat is best suited to children school age and above.

We are approx. 100metres from the beach so nice and handy.

Sandsend is a pretty North Yorkshire fishing village with a few pubs, restaurant and a shop. Ideal for family beach holidays or romantic holidays relaxing and walking!

There is no parking space but free parking on the road approx. 30m from the flat. There is also pay and display 500m away

Located in Whitby, this apartment is near the beach. Whitby Museum and Whitby Pavilion are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Whitby Abbey and Whitby Lighthouse. Traveling with kids? Consider Museum of Victorian Science, or check out an event or a game at Towbar Express Stadium.
