With Nunnington Hall, Castle Howard and the North York Moors on your doorstep, this stylish cottage is the perfect base from which to explore with family and friends.

Living up to it's name, Church View sits proud overlooking the church in this unspoilt village. Retaining much of it's character this cottage has been renovated to a high standard boasting modern comforts and high quality furnishings to create a light and airy space; from exposed oak beams to a Yorkshire stone fireplace and bespoke stair case. The delightful sitting room features a wood burning stove, perfect for cooler Yorkshire evenings and the modern farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a storm to be enjoy around the dining room table before retiring through to the sun room or stepping out into the garden for a night cap. With two super-king size bedrooms and one double bedroom decorated in muted tones, a family bathroom panelled throughout and one further shower room equally as elegant, the cottage is perfect for family and friends who love holidaying together.

Outside is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing break amongst the established cottage garden. Comprising of a patio terrace and barbecue area with table and chairs seating six guests, a wonderful lawn with roof top views across the village and private parking for up to three cars.

The village of Nunnington is timeless and away-from-it-all, and yet situated close to many exciting activities and resources. Whether you are interested in Cycling, Hiking, Dog walking or shopping and good food. Nunnington is a great base to explore all that Ryedale and North Yorkshire have to offer. Famous for it's very own Hall, a picturesque manor house with walled gardens and meadows, perfect for a day when you want to leave the car behind. To be followed by lunch at The Old Yard Coffee Shop within Nunnington Studios ideal for those who wish browse locally made arts and crafts.

Please be aware, due to the nature and age of the cottage there are low beams and ceilings throughout.
A steep, sloping drive leads up to the parking area.

This apartment is located in York. National Trust Nunnington Hall and Helmsley Arts Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ampleforth College Golf Club and Cleveland Way. Yorkshire Lavender and The Dutch House are also worth visiting.
