Berry Hall cottage is just lovely! It is attached to the 18th Century Gower House Berry Hall and tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of Berry, you are just 6 minutes drive from the award winning beaches of Port Eynon, and 10 minutes from Rhossili and Oxwich. Refurbished to a very high standard whilst maintaining original 18th Century features.
Berry Hall Cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom a double bed. There are two bathrooms, a lovely family bathroom with walk in power shower and separate bath and an en suite shower room off the king size bedroom. The downstairs has a lovely open plan living/ kitchen/ dining room, which is beautifully presented and has the original stone fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen, with a gas hob and oven /grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Nepresso coffee maker. . The living area has a large plasma smart TV and DVD, two very comfortable sofas, dining table to seat four. Outside there is a very private and sheltered patio with table chairs and BBQ, which catches the afternoon sun. Perfect for sitting out drinking cold beers or a glass of wine with a meal on warm evenings. The garden extends to a further fully enclosed garden to the front of the cottage with table and chairs. This part of the garden also has the benefit of being in the sun all day. The cottage is surrounded by farmland and walks to beaches, coastal path and woodland straight from the door. Located on a no through single track road that leads to a farm and 3/4 mile from the nearest B road there is no traffic noise and very little passing traffic.
