You will be 0.25 miles of Westward Ho!'s sandy beach, Northam Burrows Country Park, as well as a wide range of amenities, including independent shops, restaurants, pubs, and the North Devon Surf School where you can enjoy some fantastic water sports. Keen golfers can stroll along to Royal North Devon Golf Club and enjoy a round. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible, or if country walks are more your thing, you can access The Tarka Trail which is great for walkers and cyclists alike. Enter this immaculate holiday home on the ground floor where you will find three bedrooms all decorated with a calm, coastal feel. There is a master king size size room with an en suite shower room with a shower and WC, one twin bedroom (can be made into king on request) and one mid sleeper bunk room, one with French doors opening into the garden. Open the bi fold doors onto the balcony which runs the width of the house and let the fresh sea air flow in, enjoy the panoramic sea and nature reserve views and don't forget to enjoy the glowing sunsets. Completing this floor is the fourth bedroom a king size with a Jack and Jill en suite shower room with a shower and WC with doors to both the bedroom and living area. You will find an enclosed and sheltered landscaped garden that is perfect for alfresco dining and is a fantastic sun trap, with a beautiful decked area with outdoor sofas that makes for a great place for BBQs with the family or a quiet moment reading a book. Additionally, after a long day at the beach, in the surf, or any muddy paws, the outdoor hot and cold shower (hosepipe) is perfect for washing away the salt and sand. There is private parking for 1 car and 1 car in the garage, further free parking in the private road.
