This charming Grade II Listed house was previously known as Grants Courtyard and was used to stable the ponies that were used to carry the wealthy people of Dartmouth up and down 'Slippery Way' so they did not have to walk. The property has four bedrooms and can sleep eight guests making it perfect for families and friends. This floor is home to two generously-sized super king bedrooms with TVs when sleep calls, and plenty of storage to house your belongings. Up on the second floor, the third and fourth bedroom are similarly furnished with super-king-size beds, TVs and storage, these rooms however both have convenient en-suite shower rooms. Grants cottage is close to a variety of local amenities as it sits on one of Dartmouth’s many cobbled streets that are lined with boutique shops. There is a stylish bar just a stone’s throw away from the house called The Sail Loft where you can indulge in evening drinks within this historical iconic building. The town is situated on the River Dart and is home to a number of attractions including Blackpool Sands, National Trust - Coleton Fishacre, Dartmouth Castle, National Trust – Greenway and Bayard's Cove Fort.
