With a terraces at the front and rear, and four bedrooms, Home is a wonderful semi-detached house situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside. A series of sandstone steps lead up from Island Street to the front door, into a tiled hall leading to the sitting room and the study. This property has a fully equipped kitchen with four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and TV. Perfect for entertaining the family and cooking for friends. The kitchen door leads to rear terrace and there is a very convenient downstairs shower/cloakroom.
