This detached cottage is situated near the village of Barnstaple, where little further afield you can discover Exmoor National Park, the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail. The charming dining room provides access to the garden, ideal for a social evening with your loved ones. There are also two separate WC's on the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedrooms await, each neutrally styled, with options for all the family, and several bringing you more views of the pleasant garden. Close proximity to the A39 makes it a great base for touring, walkers can enjoy nearby South West Coast Path and Exmoor, along with the expansive sandy beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe a short drive away. Barnstaple is a traditional Devon coastal town with a pannier market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two fabulous sandy beaches, which are popular with surfers and families.
