Sunny bank,is a well presented cottage in a lovely rural location with superb far reaching views in the beautiful countryside of mid Wales perfect for lovers of the great outdoors with many walks for all abilities starting from the doorstep. A short downhill stroll takes you to a tea shop, art gallery and the banks of the River Wye which is popular with fishermen. Close by is Builth Wells with a good selection of shops and eateries as well as being home to the Royal Welsh Showground which holds many events throughout the year. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons National park and the Black Mountains along with many historic boarder market towns including the world famous literary town of Hay on Wye. Enter into the porch which opens into the spacious lounge, with comfortable sofas and a feature exposed brick wall and fireplace with wood burner effect electric fire, a beamed ceiling and TV/DVD. Walk through to the kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. there is also a utility room with a washing machine on this floor along with a separate WC and back door out onto the parking area. Open tread wooden stairs go up from the lounge to the first floor, here are three bright and spacious bedrooms all leading from the central landing. The master king size has an en suite shower room with WC, whilst the second bedroom is a double and the third a twin. Completing the accomodation is a family bathroom with bath and WC. Heading outside the cottage is your own private sun terrace with far reaching views and patio furniture, access to the lower garden is from the ample parking area via steps which takes you to a lovely large lawn which is fully enclosed. Bike storage is available. There is now an additional separate balcony with relaxing garden furniture and fantastic views over the countryside.
