There is also a second lounge area leading off the main living space and this offers further comfortable seating, a Smart cinema TV plus a cosy fireplace feature. Now head down the impressive glass sided staircase to the ground floor where you will find the stunning bedrooms, each lovingly presented and all including a Smart TV. There are two spacious dual aspect rooms one of which boasts a super king size bed and the second is a twin bedroom, each with patio doors to the sun terrace. There are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with bunk beds. There are two lovely bathrooms, both with bath, separate shower and WC. The final room is centrally located, includes patio doors to the sun terrace, and is furnished as a relaxation area or useful office, which can easily be adapted to create further accommodation with twin sofa beds. This room also features a Smart TV. The lower ground floor area includes a useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and tea/coffee making facilities that service the garden, plus also a further cupboard that houses a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. Heading outside, further highlights await with a large enclosed lawn garden with an expansive sun terrace, with electrically operated awnings. There is a dining area for eight guests, a relaxing seating area with coffee table and four sunbeds. A gas BBQ is also included. Here you can relax in style at the end of the day or enjoy soaking up the sun without having to venture far from the front door. There is also the gorgeous glass fronted balcony leading from the living area which provides a lovely venue for breakfast, morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. Ample private off road parking, as well as a Tesla car charging point, is provided directly outside.
