Read a book or enjoy the peace and quiet on the comfortable sofas in the snug like décor. The oak floored hallway leads into the spacious open plan kitchen/living space. A fantastic social spot where you can sit and enjoy a meal together or relax on the inviting large corner sofa to watch TV or listen to music. This open plan area also ensures the cook will never feel left out of the party. Also, on the ground floor you can find both a cloak room and convenient utility room, with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
