Originally the farm stables this newly converted cottage is conveniently situated just one mile from the Devon village of Chumleigh where you can find pubs, small shops and a golf course. From here you can also try the riding stables to get a real taste of the wonderful countryside. Take a stroll through the 21 acre woodland, which in spring hosts a carpet of Bluebells. A short drive away leads you to the outstanding North Devon Coast where you will find many beaches such as Saunton Sands with over a mile of sandy beach. Easily accessible to several National Trust sites and close to the rugged walks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. Family theme parks are also within easy distance such as The Milky Way and The Big Sheep to keep the younger ones entertained. On entering this wonderful conversion, you will find a very large and spacious entrance which opens into the large kitchen/dining area. Well equipped with all the necessary essentials for a perfect stay including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a ground floor shower room with shower and WC. This open plan area offers a dining table to seat four people for mealtimes together. The spacious and comfortable lounge has comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch a film on the TV/DVD player. Going up to the first floor are the two bedrooms, one large double with fantastic countryside views and one twin bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath and WC. At the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area, with seating, perfect for al fresco dining and watching the sun set enjoying the wonderful views. The owners welcome you to look around the farm and explore the adjacent woodland, walk along the riverbank and watch the animals.
