Situated in a coastal preservation area famous for its outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean. It is in a quiet position with views over open countryside. National Trust land and coastal paths less than 10 minutes walk away where there is an abundance of wildlife. The property is approached by a private drive with 2 unfenced ponds. Locally there are many places to visit including The Tarka Trail, Clovelly, a unique cliffside fishing village and the nearby small town of Hartland, together with lots of good pubs and eating places within easy reach. There are interests for every age and taste. Walking into the quirky property you enter the Lounge/Dining room with comfy sofas, TV, Freeview, DVD, video player and Dr Who's Tardis cupboard! The Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Down the hall you can find two bedrooms: one unusual double room with four poster bed, TV and hand basin and the second is a twin room. You can also find a bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC. Heading outside there is a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ (this space is not fully enclosed). There is also a large shared lawn area with views to Hartland lighthouse across the Atlantic ocean, perfect for balls games with the children or a relaxing picnic . The games room is shared with Shebberton Summer Folly and has a pool table, football game and table tennis, dolls house, toys, games and a selection of DVDs and videos. There is also a handy shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer (tumble dryer by meter). Ample parking directly outside the cottage.
