Situated on the edge of the delightful village of Croyde and just a few minutes walk to the wonderful surf washed sands of Croyde Bay. A five minute stroll takes you to the centre of this character village with local pub serving excellent food, tea rooms, restaurants and post office stores. An ideal location to relax at the end of an active day with invigorating walks along the National Trust Coastal Pathways, a round of golf at the championship golf course at nearby Saunton, horse riding, and surfing at Croyde and Saunton. The larger village of Braunton is just five minutes drive and offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and gives access to the Tarka Trail that follows the track of the old railway around the estuary towards Barnstaple. The market town facilities of Barnstaple and the splendour of Exmoor are both just 20 minutes drive.

This detached lodge is situated within the grounds of the owners own home in a quiet location backing onto fields and offers cosy and very comfortable accommodation. Large open plan bedroom/ living area with double bed, feature apex ceiling with cross beams, woodburner in feature fireplace leading to good size conservatory/lounge with bedsettee, TV, DVD & CD player. Kitchen area with electric cooker and microwave. Shower room/wc. Private patio area with garden furniture and outdoor beach shower. Driveway parking for 1 car only.
