The popular Tamar Lakes are within walking distance of the property, and offer scenic walks, cycling routes, sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. Slightly further afield, the Cornish resort town of Bude offers sandy beaches, a tidal pool, mini golf, and a range of shops and cafes. For those willing to travel a little further, there are many attractions within an hour s drive of the property, including Tintagel Castle, the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, and the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor. This barn conversion property offers an open plan living area comprising spacious a lounge/kitchen/diner which has been stylishly finished with wooden and slate floors. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD, a cosy wood burner, and French windows which open onto the property s garden.
