The popular Tamar Lakes are within walking distance of the property, and offer scenic walks, cycling routes, sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. Slightly further afield, the Cornish resort town of Bude offers sandy beaches, a tidal pool, mini golf, and a range of shops and cafes. For those willing to travel a little further, there are many attractions within an hour s drive of the property, including Tintagel Castle, the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, and the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor. This barn conversion property offers an open plan living area comprising spacious a lounge/kitchen/diner which has been stylishly finished with wooden and slate floors. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD, a cosy wood burner, and French windows which open onto the property s garden. At the other end of the room, the dining area has a wooden table seating four, whilst the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine and has doors which lead out to the front of the property. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor accommodation, where there are two bedrooms. The first of these rooms is the master king size room, which has its own TV and an en suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and WC. The second room is a delightful twin room, with an en suite shower and WC. There is also a convenient cloakroom with WC located on the ground floor of the property. Outside, there is an enclosed shingle garden with seating and a BBQ, and private parking for two cars. The owners are happy for you to use their field to exercise your dog.
