You will also be perfectly placed just eight miles from the ever popular golden sands of Bude and Widemouth Bay, making this the ideal location for those looking to experience all that the beautiful North Devon and North Cornish coasts have to offer. Also within an easy drive, further spectacular beaches and idyllic traditional fishing villages can be enjoyed, including Port Isaac, Padstow and Crackington Haven in Cornwall, and Westward Ho!, Saunton and Croyde in Devon. Other attractions accessible from here include Hartland Abbey and Quay, Clovelly, and the Milky Way and Big Sheep adventure parks. Stepping into the pretty property you will be immediately greeted by a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which has a beautiful slate floor. Here you will find everything you need to make a home cooked meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, additional fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Sat beside the kitchen/diner you will find a cosy little lounge with a Smart TV and DVD. There is also a useful ground floor WC which is accessed via this room. Venturing outside there is some seating directly to the front of the property, and a private lawn area with summerhouse, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, to the rear. Ample off road parking is provided.
