Renowned beaches such as Saunton and Croyde are within easy reach and close by you ll find the town of Barnstaple and South Molton with their popular pannier markets. A short train ride from the conveniently close by station takes you to the Tarka Trail, favoured by walkers and cyclists alike. Slightly further afield days out include the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and pretty Torbay. You can also walk out directly from the farm along the banks of the River Taw or explore the picturesque local woods. This converted barn offers accommodation arranged on one floor, with oak floors and window frames throughout. Stepping into the property you will be welcomed into the open plan lounge/diner which provides a comfortable place to relax around the Smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven with hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The property has two bedrooms, one with a super king sized zip and link and one with a king size zip and link (both can be made into twins on request). The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower over and WC and the second has an en suite shower room with WC. Directly outside the property, enjoy relaxing on the private enclosed patio area where there is garden furniture to sit and enjoy the fresh air. There is a secure dog walking area for your four legged friends and finally, both the younger members and adults in the group will be kept entertained with the use of a pool table, dart board, pétanque area and table football.
