The pretty villages of Winkleigh and Hatherleigh are just a short drive and offer shops and pubs. Cyclists are well catered for in the area with the famous Tarka Trail within easy reach, which can also be enjoyed by walkers and cyclist alike. North Devon offers sandy beaches and sheltered coves to explore. The village of Iddersleigh is where Micheal Morpugo wrote War Horse, the area is also known as War Horse country. You will also be within easy reach of a riding stable, coarse fishing at Stafford Moor, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. This detached property is approached via its own private drive and stands proudly at the end.
