This lovely family house sits in a secluded position down a quiet lane on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. At the rear of this detached house, you can sit out in the mature landscaped gardens, which slope down to a small stream, and while away the afternoon or enjoy dining al fresco. Perfect for families of all ages, the living/dining room overlooks the sunny gardens, and makes the ideal spot to settle down with a good book.

The house is in peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to all of the local amenities this lively market town has to offer. Blairgowrie is flanked by rolling hills and is the gateway to Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski centre. Within the town is a championship golf course at Rosemount and with good variety of shops and tea rooms. The world’s tallest hedge at nearby Meiklour is worth a visit and the cities of Perth and Dundee, with the V and A Museum nearby, have much to interest guests. Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are within easy reach, or for the wildlife lover, a visit to Loch of the Lowes may reward you with a glimpse of an otter or osprey. Cycling, fishing and tennis are all available nearby, as well as excellent walking in the Angus Glens. Beach 23¾ miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
