Located close to the main square of the town centre in Dornoch, this fantastic holiday bungalow is within a 5-minute walk of the town’s amenities as well as the beach and the Royal Dornoch golf club.

With all rooms laid out across the ground floor, this property offers plenty of space to relax. Sit back and unwind in the lounge, which has two large sofas, a coffee table, a feature electric stove for a warming ambience, and a Smart TV for entertainment.

The dining kitchen offers everything you need for preparing tasty meals, including an electric range cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a range of kitchenware, in addition to handy additions like a dishwasher and washer/dryer. A dining table with six chairs sits alongside a patio door.

Raasay has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with a bedside unit with lights, and also has a mirrored wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror, and its very own en-suite shower room. The other two are twin bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as having a bedside unit with a light and a mirror wardrobe.

For added convenience, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board are provided, in addition to a lockable garage which you can use for storing bikes, golfing gear, and any other equipment.

Outside the property are spacious gardens at both the front and the rear. The back garden enjoys a small patio area and has a private feel, surrounded by a fence and with no other properties overlooking it.

With easy access to Dornoch town centre, Dornoch beach, and the Royal Dornoch golf club, Raasay makes the ideal location for a Highland holiday the whole family can enjoy.
