Sitting in a peaceful area of Cromarty where most of the original buildings of the town are, this stunning cottage is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a break on the Black Isle peninsula alongside the Cromarty Firth, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach. With a scenic listed exterior and stylish modern interior, it’s a fantastic blend of tradition and convenience.

The ground floor of the property features a spacious lounge with seating for up to eight guests, with a classic fireplace, a TV with a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs.

The dining kitchen features fitted modern appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and a range of kitchenware. There’s also a dining table to seat six. Also on the ground floor is a shower room, in addition to a utility room with a washing machine.

Up on the first floor you’ll find two of the property’s bedrooms, both of which feature a double bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers, and fitted mirrored wardrobes. There’s also a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

On the second floor are two further bedrooms, each with a single beds, a bedside cabinet with lights, and an armchair, with one bedroom having a table dresser and the other a mirror.

Outside the cottage you’ll find a gravelled area at the rear, featuring a round picnic table that can seat up to eight people, perfect for sitting out on those sunny days.
