South Cottage is a charming, semi-detached cottage settled within the Fordie Estate, surrounded by the Perthshire countryside. There is space for two vehicles to park comfortably within the courtyard adjacent to the property, and a large well-kept lawn with rustic outdoor seating which is a great spot to catch sight of our resident red squirrels! Enter inside and locate the kitchen/diner, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, full size dishwasher, extending table, and all the kitchen crockery and utensils needed to prepare meals as you wish. The room faces out onto the colourful gardens and beautiful views of the Strathearn valley beyond.
