An elegant and well furnished cottage in a private corner of the owner's well cared for garden and is within 150 yards of the River Wye. With lovely views from the cottage up the Wye Valley and across to wooded hillside. The cottage is less than half a mile from Llyswen down a private lane where there is a lovely riverside pub which serves food and a garage shop.
The renowned Llangoed Hall is nearby a popular venue for weddings. Situated on the Wye Valley Walk, Shrub Cottage is within easy reach of Hay-on-Wye, Builth Wells, the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Mid Wales so a great comfortable and central place to stay.

Bedroom 1: With twin beds and lovely co-ordinated fabrics, ensuite with a shower, handbasin and toilet.

The fishing season is March to end of October for Salmon and Trout. Grayling can be fished most of the year. Access to Rod Room and a freezer. Fishing prices by arrangement with the owner depending on the time of year.
