Built in 1623, this characterful cottage is located in the village of Brading on the Isle of Wight. It is warm and inviting with the perfect blend of modern and traditional decor. The living room seats up to four people, with a front facing window and a feature fireplace offering a cosy end to an afternoon. As the night draws in, wander upstairs to find a master bedroom to the front and a twin room to the rear. With lovely furnishings, you will look forward to many peaceful nights amongst the snug layout of both rooms. Relax outside on the patio area, which lies on the lawned garden, an ideal escape for a moment or two to reflect on your holiday so far. The village of Brading is approximately four miles from the sandy beaches at Priory Bay and St. Helens Duver with Baywatch Cafe. Around Brading, there are 70 footpaths taking in the beauty of the marshlands and its amazing bird life, stretching to the Downs which rest within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Brading is also perfectly located for many of the island’s beaches, with the sands of Sandown and Yaverland only 1.7 miles away and the rock pools of Bembridge beach 3.5 miles away. A beautiful location not to be missed.
