There are also food and coffee vans at Freshwater Bay and Yarmouth. Nearby landmarks of Golden Hill Country Park and Western Yar Lake are also worth a visit. For a full day out, head into the heart of the magnificent Isle of Wight AONB, where you and your loved ones can spend time ambling along the National Trust-owned The Needles Headland & Tennyson Down hiking area, brush up on local history and culture at the Dimbola Museum & Galleries, get up close with animals at the Tapnell Farm Park, or enjoy a day strolling along or sunbathing at one of many nearby beaches.
