This beautiful cottage is set in a converted dairy barn on a gorgeous horse riding farm. With its exposed beams and stylish décor, you ll be able to immerse yourself in this rural escape. Visit the resident pigs and sheep or spend the afternoon horse riding with the onsite professionals, one of the most relaxing past times. There is an on site restaurant and the kids can let off some steam in the children s play park. For a family day out, you ve got Butterfly World and Monkey Haven within 0.5 miles and looking further afield Tapnell Farm and Blackgang Chine are not to be missed (both within 11 miles). For the lovers of the outdoor pursuits, why not explore the Island s many walking and cycling trails which offer amazing panoramic views of the coast and countryside and are perfect for your four legged friends. As you approach the property you ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint courtyard where you will find this lovely holiday cottage. Upon entering the property you ll find yourself into a small reception hall leading to the lounge/diner, offering ample comfortable seating. Curl up in front of the Smart TV and watch a family film after a long day out exploring all that the Island has to offer. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen and provides everything for stress free holiday. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC by the entrance to the cottage. Head upstairs and you ll find the first bedroom which is a king size zip and link (which can be made in to a 2ft 6" twin upon request) and overlooks the garden. This bedroom also features an en suite bathroom, ideal for taking a long soak and unwinding at the end of a full day of activities. Through this floor there s a 2ft 6" twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a king size upon request) and has an en suite shower room. Finally, as we head back downstairs and out the back of the property, you ll find the enclosed garden offering outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco dining in the summer sunshine. Out the front of the property there is also a communal garden for the courtyard with seating and a separate exercise area for the dogs onsite.
