A delightful sunny canal side cottage - you really are right beside the water - just lean over the wall and the ducks that will swim up to be fed. Relax in the sun room and watch as the gaily painted canal boats peacefully chug past the window, almost within reach.
The most picturesque Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal runs right alongside the garden to the Canal Basin just outside the Theatre, a couple of hundred yards further on.
So relax in the sunroom with your feet up and watch the life on the canal tow path (on the other bank) and the canal boats pass by or wander up into Brecon town, just an easy 5 minute walk up the road.
A really perfect place to stay for any local event, attending a wedding in the Brecon area, one of the numerous hill walking challenges or events in Brecon Theatre.
