This is a lovely cottage, newly built with all the modern conveniences, parking by the door and very close to Brecon yet retaining a country cottage like feel. Sit and admire the view - there is always something happening on the canal whether it is the gaily painted holidaymakers in barges slowly passing by, people walking or cycling along the opposite bank on The Taff Cycle Trail - so walks right from the door.

Close to The River Usk with The Town Fishing, there are several evernts held in the water meadows beyond. The Brecon Show, the longest running County Show is held in the fields here. The local teams play rugby and there are often Trotting Races in the summer, so never a dull moment. Just a few minutes walk to The Regimental Museum of Wales with all the memorabilia from Rorkes Drift or a five minute walk to the centre of Brecon and another short walk up to the Cathedral and tea room.
