Located a short stroll from Whitby seafront, you are just moments from the beach and harbour so you'll be ideally placed to explore everything the seaside town has to offer.

The Space:
Beach Pad is a carefully designed first floor apartment with everything you could need for a lavish self-catering staycation in Whitby. Stylish and modern, it features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area where you can relax, socialise and get lost in the stunning sea views.

In the living area, you’ll find two comfy sofas and a flat screen Smart TV so it's the perfect spot to retreat to after a fun-filled day in Whitby. Whilst in the living room, open up the bi-fold doors to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea air whilst admiring the stunning views.

Fully equipped with high spec amenities and appliances, you'll be able to make home cooked meals during your stay at Beach Pad. The dining area features a wooden table and four chairs as well as a breakfast bar with stylish quilted bar stools.

The apartment boasts two gorgeous bedrooms, one fitted with a luxurious king-size bed, and the second with two singles which can be made into a double upon request. In the master bedroom, you will find an ensuite shower room for added convenience.

Similar in style, the second bedroom has premium soft furnishings, finished to the highest standard.

Featuring modern fittings and a bathtub, the family bathroom at Beach Pad is modern and stylish. A WC and basin complete the space to a comfortable finish.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle at the rear of the property.

Beach Pad is located on the first floor of the building. Lift access is available.

Due to the balcony, Beach Pad is not suitable for unsupervised infants.

Guests should be aware that there will be scaffolding up at the property until the end of May 2023.

The Neighborhood:
Beach Pad is located on the West Cliff on Argyle Road so you can expect beautiful sea views. The Blue Flag West Cliff beach and promenade is just a short stroll from the apartment and on Pier Road, you’ll find fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day.

The other side of Whitby is full of narrow, medieval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.

Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.

Getting Around:
Beach Pad is located a short walk from the centre of Whitby so the town can easily be explored on foot.

Whitby train station is just a short 15-minute walk away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
