This annex to a bungalow is situated at the end of the village of Hunmanby with free views over the countryside. It is only a ten minute walk to the village centre with pubs, shops and all other amenities. Hunmanby is 9 miles from Scarborough and 9 miles from Bridlington. The seaside town of Filey with its sandy beaches is about 2 and a half miles away.
Accommodation:
Private entrance. Hallway with ample storage space. Lounge with dining facilities, electric fire and bed settee. Kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the fields. There is one bedroom with a double bed which can be separated to make it into two single beds. Built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. As all the accommodation is on the ground floor the property is suitable for people with mobility problems.

Refrigerator, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave. Colour TV with CD and DVD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen is provided. Use of the garden and large patio behind the bungalow. Car parking space for one car in the drive. Sorry, no pets.
