The apartment has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. From your seat in the deep-set window you can just catch a glimpse of the tidal river Esk.
ACCOMMODATION: Entrance, hallway. Comfortable lounge with high quality (double) bed settee and modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers. There is a bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Ample storage space in whole apartment. As the property has a lift, it might be suitable for people with mobility problems.
SERVICES: Refrigerator with ice-box, electric cooker with grill/oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Colour TV with DVD basic sky package with knowledge channels and iPod- doc, radio/CD player. Electric heating with temperature and time control. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets, but the owner sometimes brings a dog. Designated car parking space for one car.
