Landing. Nice sized bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, toilet and washbasin. Sunny lounge with large bay window and you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Bed settee in the lounge. From the lounge a few steps lead down into a very large kitchen diner with parquet floor. The gas fired AGA is a real feature. From the dining area you step onto a small but sunny patio with garden furniture. As the stairs are steep the property is NOT suitable for people with mobility problems.
