This apartment is situated on the first floor of an impressive, sea front, Victorian house in Sandsend. It is completely self-contained and retains many original features. As it is situated at the rear of the property, this apartment only has part sea views.
Accommodation:
Entrance. Hallway. There is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and hand washbasin. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet. Rather steep stairs lead to the next floor. Landing. Nice sized bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, toilet and washbasin. Sunny lounge with large bay window and you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Bed settee in the lounge. From the lounge a few steps lead down into a very large kitchen diner with parquet floor. The gas fired AGA is a real feature. From the dining area you step onto a small but sunny patio with garden furniture. As the stairs are steep the property is NOT suitable for people with mobility problems.

Fridge/freezer, gas fired AGA with three ovens, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Colour TV with video, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen and hand towels are provided. Sunny patio area. Smoking only permitted on patio outside. Sorry, no pets. On street parking and there is a council car park a few minutes walk away. The general store is a few metres away and there are several nearby country inns.
