Built at the end of the 19th century and known as 'Sea Captain's Houses', these large houses in the top part of Robin Hood's Bay still breathe the air of those times. 'The Holbrooks' is one of these but has been converted into two apartments. Holbrooks House is set over the first and second floor and has some great views of the sea. Combined with the ground floor 'Garden Flat' which has a garden, the property can sleep up to 10 people.
Accommodation: Entrance, communal hallway with original Edwardian tiled floor. Entrance, hallway. Very large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A second bedroom with a double bed with garden and sea views. Lounge with dining area, small kitchen and bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Services: fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric grill and oven, microwave, washing machine. Small TV. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. A travel cot, high chair and buggy are provided. Enclosed back garden with sea views. Limited on street parking on a first come first served basis or council car park nearby.
