Large bedroom, offering sea views, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and colour TV with video. There is a bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, electric hob with grill and oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with SKY Freeview, video and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Sorry, no children under the age of 12. Non-smokers only and no pets. Shared patio and enclosed garden with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Private off-road parking for one car in carport next to the property.
